NEWS DESK (DİHA) - Gunmen have killed at least 40 in Karachi attack.

More than 40 people have been killed and dozens injured in a gun attack on a bus carrying Shia Muslims in Karachi, reports say.

Police said attackers on motorcycles stopped the bus and fired at passengers indiscriminately. At least six gunmen attacked a bus in the Safoora Goth area," a senior police official told AFP news agency.

Pakistan's Shia minority are the target of frequent sectarian attacks from Sunni militant groups.
