No to shopkeepers, yes to AKP! 2015-05-17 11:05:19 ERZURUM (DİHA) - The AKP goverment is using all the state sources for its election campaign and increasing its applications contusing principle of equality at elections. The public vehicles and foundations got mobilized for the election campaign and propaganda of AKP. AKP officials have demanded a lot of cash in Mahallebasi district of eastern province of Erzurum, mostly populated by Kurdish people, in order to conduct election works, but they have not find a place for AKP's election office. Erzurum Metropolitan Municipality assigned a public building for election office of AKP. The shopkeepers have applied to rent a department at Süt (Milk) Bazaat, but their applications have all been declined. One of the rooms of the bazaar built for only milk and milk products has been assigned to the AKP. No to shopkeepers, yes to AKP One of the shopkeepers at the vicinity, Zeynel Şenol, said, "The shops were put in a tender before. But none of them were given to the shopkeepers. Now, they were assigned to the AKP without tender. When the AKP did not find anywhere for its election office, they assigned it. If the shopkeepers now again apply to it, the municipality will respond as 'banned'. But, it turned the bazaar into election office for the propaganda of AKP". ‘AKP is tyrannising constitutively’ Şenol added, "AKP is tyrannising on us bu using the opportunities of ruling. AKP does not accept or meet any rules. We are seeing who is tyrannising constitutively. We do not want this bazaar to be used as election material." (nt)
