Ayna: Political history of Turkey is dumpsite of those denying Kurds

DİYARBAKIR (DİHA) - Speaking at Silvan rally, DBP General Co-chair Emine Ayna criticized President Erdoğan and AKP government fiercely, saying: "How Kurdish people buried Çiller, Yılmaz, and Demirel into that poll, it will bury also Erdoğan. The Peoples' Democratic Party (HDP) is resuming its rallies under the motto of "Great Humanity". The party organized a massive rally today in Silvan district of southeastern province of Diyarbakır. Tens of thousands of people including Democratic Regions Party (DBP) General Co-chair Emine Ayna, HDP Diyarbakır deputy candidates Feleknas Uca and İmam Taşçıer, HDP Diyarbakır Provincal Co-chair Gülsen Özer, DBP Diyarbakır Provincal Co-chair flowed to the square and bore the flags of HDP.

Posters of PKK Leader Abdullah Öcalan, photos of falling PKK guerrillas and flags of KCK and HDP were opened by the locals. One minute silence was held in memory of all those who lost their lives in the struggle of freedom and democracy and the crowd shouted the slogan of "Long live Leader Apo" in the wake of respect silence and "Çerxa Şoreşê".

DBP General Co-chair Emine Ayna talked about historical importance of June 7th general elections and said, "Here it is June 7th. How many more sandals are we expecting to determine our own fate. If you define woman as the machine of birth, then vote for AKP, MHP and CHP. But if you think equality, freedom for all identities and people, then let's vote for HDP. Our liberation sandal is this poll. Let's go to the polls and pass this election threshold".
