The march to Silopi and Cizre is joined by a large number of people from Uludere, Beytüşşebap, Roboski, Kumçatı, İdil, Silopi and Şırnak, who are advancing from 6 locations. ŞIRNAK As workplaces remain closed and schools are boycotted in Şırnak city centre today, thousands have gathered outside HDP office as of early morning hours before starting a march to Cizre. HDP deputies Lezgin Botan, Burcu Çelik, Leyla Birlik, Berdan Öztürk and executives of DBP-HDP were also present for the march which was attacked by police soon after beginning. As people respond to the attack with self-defense, clashes are spreading across the city. ULUDERE Shutters have been taken down and schools boycotted also in Uludere district of Şırnak today as thousands started a march to Cizre in the early morning hours. While the mass has been hindered by gendarmerie near Şenoba town, tension continues in the area as people insist on continuing the march.
