NEWS CENTER (DİHA) - The University of Kurdistan, in Iranian northwestern province of Kurdistan, would register students next year for Kurdish language and literature, the university’s dean said.
Farzani Akhlaghian told a meeting of the university’s professors and clerks that the university would register students for the course in the new educational year to start in September.
“In the wake of Kurdish language’s precious potentials and demands from people and the youth and cultural activists and within the supreme leader’s remarks in calling Kurdish language a national capital, the university is to teach the language and register for the course in September,” he added.
