People in Adıyaman embrace HDP
ADIYAMAN (DİHA) - The Peoples' Democratic Party (HDP) is resuming its rallies under the motto of "Great Humanity".
The party has held its Adıyaman, a southeastern province, rally today at Sakarya street. In spite of the attacks towards the party, tens of thousands of people flowed to the square and embraced the party. The youngs at the frontlines danced halays for hours and bore the flags of HDP.
The crowds of people opened the placards reading "Your dirty games don't end, our solutions don't end", "Vote the HDP" and "Attacks in vain, we'll pass the election threshold" were opened in the rally. The residents have emotionalised with the election songs of the HDP.
One minute silence has been held in memory of all those who lost their lives in the struggle of freedom and democracy and the crowd shouted the slogan of "Long live Leader Apo" in the wake of respect silence.
The locals have given the message of full support to HDP Adıyaman deputy candidates Behçet Yıldırım, Ferhat Temel, Ayten Yılmaz, Birsen Tunç and Yasin Tahta.
Fırat: President is violating the constitution
Firstly, HDP Mersin Deputy Candidate, one of the founders of ruling AKP, Mehmet Mir Dengir Fırat addressed to the mass. "Those making propaganda against our party are wrong. The HDP has already passed the election threshold. They know that their only rival is the HDP, so they are attacking at it. The president has vowed to become objective, but he put this vow aside. President is violating the constitution. He is working for the AKP at the squares," said Fırat, adding they would do their best to judge him fairly.
Doğan: You cannot scare this people with your bombs
HDP Antep Deputy Candidate, former metropolitan mayor of the city, Celal Doğan also spoke at the rally. Doğan saluted the magnificient attitude of the locals, defining the crowd as the picture of freedom. Doğan added, "From 7 to 70, all the people of Adıyaman are at foot today. Women, youths, elders, Kurds, Arabs, Turks are coming together in the city and building a new life. Your agas attacked at this people with tanks, panzers and bombs, but they could not intimidate it. You cannot scare this people with your bombs".
Önder: Cruelty is evaded with solidarity

HDP General Co-chair Selahattin Demirtaş will address to the mass following Önder who is from Adıyaman.
