Police attack JINHA reporter
ISTANBUL (DİHA) - As JINHA reporter Melis Ilgaz was following the tensions at an Istanbul polling station, police attacked her and broke her camera.
Melis Ilgaz, an intern journalistic at JINHA, was following the situation at the Mehmet Akif Primary School polling station in Istanbul's Fatih neighborhood, where tensions had emerged. As police attacked HDP observers at the polls, they also attacked Ilgaz.
When she showed her press card, police said, "show whatever document you want; it doesn't matter," and attacked her, breaking her camera.
