Four taken into custody in Diyarbakır
DİYARBAKIR (DİHA) - Four more people have been detained in Diyarbakır where police operations continue since the murder of 3 HDP supporters by counter groups.
4 more people have been detained in the main Kurdish city Amed (Diyarbakır) where police operations continue since the murder of 3 HDP (Peoples' Democratic Party) supporters by counter groups who also left 8 people wounded, including 2 critically, following an armed attack that left chairman of the Islamist Yeni İHYA-DER Association, Aytaç Baran, dead.
Free Journalists’ Society, (ÖGC) executive committee member Ozan Kılınç and three other people were detained in this morning's house-raid operations in the district of Sur.
The four people detained in the operation have been taken to the Diyarbakır police headquarters.
