Father asking for his children killers sued as perpetrator!
DİYARBAKIR/HAKKARİ (DİHA) - The human rights activists and relatives of disappeared asked the aftermathes of lost people in their sit-in acts in Diyarbakır and Yüksekova. The activists asked the perpetrators of 12-year-old Hediye Aslan and 9-year-old Diyar Aslan who were massacred by rocket missile of a Turkish military troop in Yüksekova district.

The human rights activists and relatives of disappeared asked the aftermathes of lost people, who had been murdered by the JITEM, in the act in Diyarbakir. The Human Rights Association (IHD) Diyarbakir Branch have held sit-in act for the 332nd week in front of Kosuyolu Park Life Right Memorial.
The mothers and relatives carrying the placard "The perpetrators are evident, where are the murderers?" and the photographs of people, who were lost and sacrificed to unresolved murders, demanding justice for missing with carnations on their hands. The IHD executives, Peace Mothers Assembly, Party of Democratic Regions (DBP) co-mayors, HDP (Peoples' Democratic Party) deputies, unions representatives and lots of citizens took part in the act.
They asked aftermathes of Enter Özdemir, Bapir Çıtak, Bedel Özkan and Hasan Ateş who were massacred by Turkish soldiers in Kazandere village bound to Çukurça district of eastern province of Hakkari in 1994.
The act ended in the wake of a 10-minutes sit-in act.
YÜKSEKOVA
Human rights defenders and relatives of missings in Yüksekova district of Hakkari came together at Art Square in 64th week of their act. Mothers gathered for repeating their demand for "justice" for enforced disappearances and unresolved murders. The mothers and relatives carrying the placard "The perpetrators are evident, where are the murderers?" and the photographs of people, who were lost and sacrificed to unresolved murders.
The activists including HDP deputies Adem Özcaner and Abdullah Zeydan asked the perpetrators of 12-year-old Hediye Aslan and 9-year-old Diyar Aslan who were massacred by rocket missile of a Turkish military troop in Yüksekova district on 17 July 2002. Father Hakkı Aslan said, "The rocket missile of Efeler military troop massacred my children. The soldiers detained me and a lawcase was opened against me. I was searching for the killers of my children, but they sued me as perpetrator".
The action ended in the wake of a 5-minutes sit-in act.
