Letter of 'Let solution process continue' from Dersim to Ankara
DERSİM (DİHA) - Youth Enterprise For Social Peace has sent a letter to President, Prime Minister and all the political parties for the continuation of peace and solution process.
Youth Enterprise For Social Peace Co-speakers Eylem Çelik and Ferhat Güven, in southeastern province of Dersim, have sent a letter to President, Prime Minister and all the political parties for the continuation of peace and solution process. They sent the letter via PTT and made a statement there.
Co-speaker Güven said that they had sent the letter to the President, Prime Minister, and political parties AKP, MHP, CHP and HDP for continuation of solution process. He called on MHP Leader Devlet Bahçeli who said "If solution process ends, we'll form a government". Güven asked Bahçeli, "Will you sit comfortably at the seats of ministry through coalition, when mothers from Dersim, Mersin and Aksaray burst into tears for their children, or when bodies and coffins of their children come to their houses".
'Solution process must go on'
"Children are playing outside through the peaceful environment of solution process for two years. The children are not running away from their playgrounds by hearing gun reports. We hope that peace process will continue. This step of peace will gain strength. If we are the realities of this country, we want solution process to continue," underlined Güven.
Peace process is ongoing mostly through efforts of women and mothers, said co-speaker Eylem Çelik. "The joint demand and wish of mothers of both guerrillas and soldiers is the continuation of peace and solution process. So, we want to become their voice in Dersim," concluded she.
