Kobanê and Cizîr Cantons officials visit Girê Spî
GİRÊ SPÎ (DİHA) - The officials of Kobanê and Cizîr Cantons paid a visit to recently liberated town of Girê Spî (Til Ebyad).
While daily life has begun to normalize in Girê Spî after the liberation by YPJ-YPG and Burkan El Firat forces, visitations are also ongoing in the town.
A delegation including Cizir Canton Co-president Ekrem Hûso, Kobanê Defense Council Head İsmet Şeyh Hesen and officals of both cantons came together at Mala Gel (People's House) in Girê Spî. After visitations there, the officials of the cantons came to border gate with a convoy of dozens of vehicles. They made analysis at the border gate for a while.
Speaking there Cizir Canton Co-president Ekrem Hûso said, "We are today in order to celebrate our victory. This meaningful day and victory has come through heavy costs of this people. We will tag after march of our martyrs", commemorating all the martyrs of the city.
Hûso underlined that democratic modernity actualized in Rojava anymore and added, "Rojava is a unity. Cizîr Canton will present the required the support to all the cities and regions of Rojava".
Other members of delegation made short evaluations and returned to their cantons.
