URFA (DİHA) - The plans of the youth killed in Monday's Suruç bombing have been realized. Activists have planted a forest in memory of those who lost their lives in Kobanê.
On Monday, a suicide bombing killed 31 young activists from the Federation of Socialist Youth Associations (SGDF) in the town of Suruç, Turkey. They had been on the way to the city of Kobanê to aid in the reconstruction. One of their plans was to plant a "Kobanê Martyrs Forest" in memory of those who lost their lives in the defense of the city of Kobanê.
Activists from a number of political parties planted the planned forest yesterday, at the Kobanê martyrs' cemetery in the town of Suruç, near the Kobanê border.
