Three university students detained in Alanya
ANTALYA (DİHA) - Police raides houses of students in Alanya, taking three of them into custody.
Turkish police organized simultaneous house raids to the houses of students in Alanya district of Antalya within the scope of politicial genocide operations. In the wake of raids, students of Akdeniz University, Rıdvan Ekinci, İbrahim Akgüvercin and Dindar Öztürk were taken into custody by police.
The motive behind the custody has remained unknown as the students hasve been brought to district police headquarters.
Following the house raids, police raided Alanya Democratic Student Union and searched it. Police seized posters and books of PKK Leader Abdullah Öcalan, YPJ fighter Arin Mirxan and revolutionary youth leader İbrahim Kaypakkaya.
