Bomb attack in Silopi: One massacred, 4 wounded

ŞIRNAK (DİHA) - In Silopi district of Şırnak, bombs fired by a “grenade launcher” from District Gendarme Command have targeted the Şehit (Martyr) Harun neighborhood.
As a result of the attack which obviously came without any necessity at around 22:00 local time, bombs fell among houses and exploded loudly in the neighborhood.
Five civilians were wounded in the bomb attack, including several who lost some parts of their bodies, according to local sources.
Neighborhood residents rushed the four to Silopi State Hospital where they were taken under treatment. One among them by the name of Fatma Yiğit lost her life despite all the medical reports.
The hospital has in the meantime been blockaded by police teams.
