PKK prisoner loses his life in jail
RİZE (DIHA) - PKK member Cemal Özkan (51) has lost his life in Rize Kalkandere L Type Prison where served his sentence.
Cemal Özkan from Amed is reported to have died from a cerebral hemorrhage, after which his body was taken to the Forensic Medicine Institution in Trabzon city.
Rize Kalkandere L Type Prison is one of the Turkish jails notorious for arbitrary treatment and right violations against political prisoners.
