DTK, HDK, HDP, DBP to 'resist state terror' all the way
DİYARBAKIR (DİHA) - HDP, HDK, DBP, DTK authorities holding a press statement in Diyarbakır have embraced resistance against the operations while criticizing curfews and the operations launched in certain cities.
A press meeting was held today (December 18) with the participation of Peoples’ Democratic Party (HDP) Co-Chairs Selahattin Demirtaş and Figen Yüksekdağ, Demoractic Regions’ Party (DBP) Co-Chair Kamuran Yüksek, Peoples’ Democratic Congress (HDK) Co-Spokesperson Ertuğrul Kürkçü, Democratic Society Congress (DTK) Co-Chairs Hatip Dicle and Selma Irmak.
HDP Co-Chair Selahattin Demirtaş criticizing curfews and operations carried out in the cities embraced the resistance. All the parties and associtions gave the following message "Our people has never put a brave front on you, so we will not obey, as well" in their statements.
Kürkçü: Sur residents have all

Kürkçü drew attention on the peace process and noted, "The solution process must resume. There is no need for a dialogue any more if a true negotiation process based on 10 principles drawn by Öcalan won’t be carried out. The real problem is whether Kurds will have equal rights on state level. Kurds are ready but the state is not for it. That is the source of all this chaos."
When is fraternity if not now?
“İzmir Metropolitan Municipality had declared Diyarbakır Metropolitan Municipality as sister city. When is fraternity if not now? If peoples of Turkey won’t respond to this question, then we might enter a worrisome process. NGOs and intellectuals now have to wake up to themselves. It might be too late after two weeks," asked he.
